Le flair

Le flair was realized by Hochtief Projektentwicklung and the Interboden Group under the management of the Rhine-Ruhr branch office by Rolf Müller. The project principal “Le Quartier Central Teilgebiet C GmbH & Co. KG” was also managed by Rolf Müller. The technical project management of the construction sections 2 – 5 was carried out by Günter Lux.
